Interim Healthcare of Oklahoma City is seeking a full-time Hospice Sales Representative for Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. This candidate must be organized, analytical, team-focused, individually responsible, and looking to be part of our quality care-focused team. As a proven Marketer, you will be responsible for business growth and development in your territory, as well as assisting patients in navigating through the healthcare maze. The right candidate will be responsible for generating referrals for Hospice by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, long-term care, independent and assisted living facilities, along with other community resources.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business-related subject or equivalent years of Sales training and work experience.
• Five (5) years successful sales experience with comparable customers, preferably healthcare services.
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels within and outside the company.
• Demonstrated familiarity with home healthcare services, referral sources and payors.
• Ability to navigate through EMR.
