Full description of the position

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, email or text to schedule service
• Maintain customer data using Microsoft Access
• Scheduling technicians for field work
• Collect, review, process & file electronically, inspection reports completed by technicians
• Answer phones and assist customers daily

Experience:

• Minimum (2) years administrative experience
• Minimum (2) years customer service
• Excellent communication, customer service, with ability to multi-task
• Comfortable and proficient with all Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, Teams) and Google Calendar
• Work well with other team members for cross scheduling with different departments
• Preferred: Basic experience with Quickbooks
• Preferred: Knowledge of multi-line phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
