• Degree in computer science or engineering, or other similar field and/or work experience
• 1-8 years of experience at a software company, preferably at B2B software companies
• Strong presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

What You'll Do

• Configure our Knowvation software for customer demos, including data loading and configuration
• Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work
• Work with the customers and Engineers to ensure configuration sizing and pricing
• Establish customer rapport and acceptance
• Assist with reviewing and writing technical content for customer proposals
• Contribute to and organize stakeholders around the development and execution of technical content on our website
• Develop and refine messaging including proven customer benefits and new product features
• Assist/drive competitor analysis
• Write, edit, and post website content
