Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate has a strong background in outside sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role in the technology industry
- Strong background in outside sales with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage sales activities
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify trends
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
