HOW YOU'LL FIT
You will develop the plan and all necessary strategies to deliver expected revenue growth in order to reliably grow the business. You will assemble, develop and retain a team of high performers to deliver necessary sales results. You will leverage client feedback and data to make strategic decisions, identify selling opportunities, allocate resources, and ensure proper staffing. You will partner closely with revenue operations, finance, operations and other sister divisions to improve cross-functional communication and deliver positive revenue impacts. You will be equal parts cheerleader and change agent, highly adept at both. You will champion Carvertise values every day.
PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sets the overall vision, direction and strategy within the division to drive beyond expected revenue targets and achieve necessary business growth.
- Pursues healthy client relationships; cares about client sentiment and retention.
- Inspires the team to meet or exceed all revenue targets; celebrates wins, teaches through losses, aptly rebounds; opens doors for team.
- Leverages insights to implement new sales tactics, develop/deliver training, tailor strategy.
- Drives and creates product value: creates pricing and packaging while protecting deal integrity.
- Builds budgets, developments revenue forecasts, understands the PL, manages cost of sale to include base and commission compensation structure and design.
- Engages in client-, regional and vertical-centric thought partnership to maximize selling opportunities and determine needed approach adjustments.
- Builds and sustains healthy, productive relationships across and outside of the organization; helps land the big deals.
- Creates and/or designs basic and advanced training curricula and resources; champions and fosters a growth mindset mentality.
- Hires, trains, retains and coaches high performing, culturally aligned, teams; provides constructive and timely feedback and reviews; establishes goals and metrics to drive accountability and results; handles corrective action as needed.
- Engages in collaborative organizational goal-setting, building agreement and alignment behind expected deliverables and metrics of significance; works with divisional sales managers to establish team and individual goals and metrics across departments.
- Seeks, collects, evaluates and analyzes data to better plan, decision and improve; generates reports and shares insights through numbers and narratives; identifies and monitors key metrics.
- Performs other projects and duties as requested, assigned and/or needed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- BA/BS, MS in business, marketing or a similar discipline preferred. MBA beneficial.
- Minimum 7 years proven work experience in a senior sales and/or executive leadership position preferred. Must have demonstrable experience meeting/exceeding revenue expectations.

- Has basic project management competency, understanding timelines and milestones, product launches and execution.

- Possesses exceptional people leadership abilities to land, develop, inspire and retain a high-achieving team; empowers and delegates.
- Has great presentation and communication skills including speaking, writing, and active listening; top notch public speaker; reputable.
- Tech savvy to understand and articulate the value of a robustly maintained and utilized CRM.
- Works, gels and builds relationships with others to be an effective leader among partners and peers, whether directly or indirectly, internally or externally.
- Welcomes feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of sources.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
