Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals. Responsibilities:
- Conduct telemarketing and warm calling to potential customers
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize sales software to track customer interactions and update customer information
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Fluent in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
