Position: Construction Sales Representative
Reports To: Director of Healthcare

Classification: Salaried Non-Exempt Salary Range $70,000 - $80,000 Plus Bonus Opportunities.

Only applicants with direct experience in selling construction services to Healthcare and Pharmaceutical clients will be considered, as this is a critical requirement for the role. Previous experience with a General Contractor within Sales/Business Development preferred.

Cannon Buildings Healthcare Market includes- Acute Care OSHPD Hospital work (including but not limited to Acute Care hospital department remodels, additions, ground up builds, imaging and treatment projects, treatment projects, back of the house projects (central plants, cafeterias etc.),
Medical Office Building, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Psychiatric facilities rehab facilities and OSHPD 3 facilities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interact and collaborate with Cannon Buildings existing sales team.
• Interfaces and works cross functionally with various departments within the company.
• Participates in weekly sales coordination meetings.
• Maintains weekly report of his/her activities and client pipeline of work.
• Maintains data within Salesforce CRM.
• Initiates client sales calls.
• Coordinates market bid responses and ensures alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Attends industry related events within Southern California.
• Manages projects from the pre-bid phase to estimating phase.

Experience:

• Previous experience in Regional Construction sales that specializes in the Healthcare.

Market

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong Negotiating skills

Requirements:

• Lead development and sales execution are the primary goals of this position.
• Candidates for this position should have the ability to grasp the technical aspects of advanced technology construction/building, be mechanically inclined, and computer literate.
• A minimum of 5 years sales experience in the Construction industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Four-year college degree is preferred.
• Strong work ethic.
• Effective, collaborative work style in a team environment
• Willing to commute to the Placentia and Carlsbad Office when needed.
• Salesforce experience
• Microsoft Office suite

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
