In the USA the Precision Strip group is present at three locations in Brunswick Ohio, in Elk Grove near Chicago, and in Pleasant Prairie Wisconsin. All three sites serve as hubs for the business in North America, with service- and distribution centers and stockholding warehouses, offering our customers tailor-made logistics solutions for our products from Sweden and Austria.

voestalpine Precision Strip LLC is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Brunswick, OH. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible to provide support to our existing customer base. The Inside Sales Representative will be an integral part of the sales team and will play a key role in bringing more business to the company and meeting goals set forth by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and team
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Continuously improve through feedback feedback from customers clients.

Skills:

• Highly motivated with strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build productive business relationships
• Positive attitude, dependable and willing to take initiative
• Effective in Dealing with customers and team members in a positive and professional manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
• Experience in SAP is a plus but not required
• Prior experience in a sales role is preferred but not required
