About Us:

CN Travel is a premier travel agency committed to providing exceptional travel experiences. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist with a focus on Cruise & Tour packages to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Cruise & Tour Sales: Drive sales of cruise and tour packages by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable travel options, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and offerings in the cruise and tour industry. Demonstrate a deep understanding of different cruise lines, tour operators, and destinations to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide personalized assistance, address inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets for cruise and tour packages. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant travel products.
• Booking Process: Manage the end-to-end booking process, including coordinating with suppliers, securing reservations, and ensuring accurate documentation for clients.
• Promotions and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special promotions, discounts, and exclusive offers for cruise and tour packages. Actively participate in promotional events to attract new clients.
• Industry Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to stay connected with the cruise and tour community. Build a network of contacts to enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales within the travel industry, with a focus on cruise and tour packages.
• Strong knowledge of different cruise lines, tour operators, and travel destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Familiarity with booking systems and travel-related technology.
