Feralloy-Charleston, SC location is currently looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative.

This is a Full-time Salaried position that requires the following skills: administration, decision-making, communication, steel applications, and creativity. The position requires the ability to be multi-task oriented, have a working knowledge of steel products, market conditions, and customer quality requirements.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
• Researching prospective leads, identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management on weekly/monthly basis as requested.
• Input, update, and maintain CRM information regarding leads, prospects and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a professional relationship with customers.
• Effective and efficient communication with customers regarding quotes, order request and material application.
• Additional duties as assigned by Service Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3 years working experience in a Business/Sales environment.
• 1-3 years Sales experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
• Sufficient computer skills with Microsoft - Word/Excel and Outlook.
• Previous experience with Salesforce and/or AS400 a plus.
