Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm/cold and outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a must
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Ability to effectively use sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling
- Familiarity with CRM software or other sales tools is a plus
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in telemarketing activities
- Knowledge of the market and industry trends (Is a Plus)
