Sales / Business Development / Account Management

HVAC Sales (Commercial) (WFH)

Up to $130,000 to start plus full benefits, bonuses and commissions

As Commercial Sales Representative, you will:

• Join a distributor of HVAC Parts
• Engage and partner with mechanical, electrical and building automation contractors
• Identify, engage and qualify new business development opportunities
• Arrange and schedule meetings
• Deliver presentations
• Provide information on product/service offerings, details, pricing, availability and lead times
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Make product and service suggestions as appropriate
• Cross-Sell/Upsell additional products and services as appropriate
• Create price quotes
• Negotiate and close sales
• Create and update customer account information
• Provide post-sale support
• Serve as an ongoing resource for your accounts
• Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
• Escalate complex issues as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• HVAC Sales experience
• Experience with the use of automation and control systems to monitor and control building-wide systems from a single interface, such as HVAC, lighting, alarms, and security access and cameras

Pluses:

• +++ Niagara Certification(s)
• +++ Additional related HVAC certification(s) and/or training

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
