Client Services Agent - Insurance

Job Summary: We're looking for a Client Services Agent to support our Commercial Team. You'll help us grow by maintaining great relationships internally and externally, and you'll need to be a great communicator who's passionate about details. Primary Functions:

• Processes new and renewal business (applications, binders, invoices, certificates of insurance, automobile identification cards, etc.).
• Checks new business policies against application and proposal quote and identifies any discrepancies; compares renewal policies to expiring and identifies discrepancies.
• Provides on-going advice and service to clients as needed in the maintenance of their insurance policies, including processing of changes.
• Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• PA Property & Casualty Producer License; General knowledge of property and casualty insurance practices, procedures, rules and regulations.
• Ability to work independently following well-defined oral and written instruction.
• Skill in communicating effectively in both written and verbal form.
• Skill in checking data for accuracy and completeness.
• Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.
• Possession of state property and casualty insurance license. Three years of experience in an insurance agency or similar environment preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
