A Day in the Life of an Account Executive at Conversion:

• Main point of contact and responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of advertising efforts for your book of current agency clients
• Acquires in-depth knowledge of client goals, stats, issues, and successes to understand & manage clients needs and expectations, build/maintain relationships
• Acts as brand advocate ensuring that all efforts are of the highest quality and in line with strategy, budget and identified timeline
• Develops and confidently delivers strategy, creative and media recommendations to clients as a trusted advisor and partner
• Proactively analyzes reporting to identify data trends to continuously optimize the client strategy
• Manages monthly forecasting for assigned accounts and reports shifts to leadership as needed
• Anticipates potential relationship or expectation issues, by proactively advising account group director
• Establishes relationships and trust with digital media, social media, creative and media buying teams acknowledging the expectations of and on others, identifying team and project needs, and plan and execute recruitment advertising strategies for our clients.
• Practices critical thinking and decision-making skills when faced with challenges to offer clients recommended solutions to obstacles
• Recognizes incremental business opportunities for the client and agency, and plays a leading role in implementing recommended solutions
• Collaborate on the strategic vision with account group director
• Build & maintain vendor relationships
• Not responsible of new business sales or cold calling

You will be a Rock Star Account Executive at Conversion if you have:

• Prior Advertising/Marketing experience in any industry preferred - transportation, mobile communications, healthcare, retail, etc.
• Highly effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Self-motivated, proactive, strategic mindset
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary can range based on experience.
