We are currently seeking a leasing consultant for our Property in Sunderland.

Your general responsibilities would include:

• Study and master property details and possess excellent communication skills
• Market the properties in accordance with the law and our policies
• Screen the Prospect to ensure compliance with our financial requirements
• Ensure property and units are clean and ready for touring
• Schedule and Conduct tours of the property and units with prospects and effectively explain the match between the property and the prospect
• Promptly Answer all questions - by phone, in person, and by email
• Process tenant applications
• Prepare all leasing paperwork, explaining same to the tenant and ensuring accurate completion
• Ensure all units are move-in ready and perform tenant move-ins and move-outs
• Work as a team with office staff and property managers for a seamless professional experience for our prospects and tenants. Work as a team problem solver.
• Be open to learning new skills
• Flexibility to work different hours during busy season to accommodate prospects
• Offer top notch customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Property leasing: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Sunderland, MA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
