Retail Sales Associate

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product features
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Experience in technology sales or electronics sales is preferred
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle phone inquiries professionally
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change
- Ability to lift and move stock as needed
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 40 per week
