Responsibilities:

The Sales Estimator will earn and perform Fire Protection sprinkler head layout, piping layout, and system preliminary design. This position will be responsible for preliminary pricing and assisting the department Sales Representatives.

• Additional responsibilities are as followed, but not limited to:
• Attend Bid Meetings& walk-throughs
• Process and complete Bid Forms, Bid Proposals and Bid Prequalification
• Interpret bid documents, plans, and specifications
• Review bid documents, pricing, and proposals with department sales representative
• Prepare complete explicit proposals with Sales representative
• Develop preliminary design concepts
• Master Olivers Estimating Programs

Education and Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-yearcollege degree
• PC skills; Microsoft Windows and Office
• Must be willing to travel locally
• Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Creative and innovative thinking and the ability to work with and manage crossfunctional teams
• Work well in a team environment
• Stronginorganization,planning,andscheduling
• Desire to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
