Full description of the position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and developing strong customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for sales to make a significant impact in our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives

- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge

- Desk a Sales Deal

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent customer service and account management skills

- Demonstrated success in driving business development initiatives

- Experience in outside sales and technical sales is highly desirable

- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
