Our company is looking for an enthusiastic and driven salesperson to join our team in the field of third-party logistics (3PL). This role requires you to make a minimum of 50 sales calls per day and undergo comprehensive training for the first four months. As part of your development, you will be exposed to the intricacies of logistics, gaining valuable insights into the carrier and customer sides of the industry. Position Overview:
As a salesperson at Dynamo Freight, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients and generate sales opportunities through a proactive and targeted approach. You will engage with potential customers to understand their logistics requirements and present comprehensive solutions tailored to their specific business needs. Your success will be measured by the number of sales calls made each day, as well as the conversion rate and overall growth of your customer base.
Training Program:
The first four months of this role will consist of an extensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel as a 3PL salesperson. During this period, you will gain a thorough understanding of the inner workings of logistics, delving into industry nuances, best practices, and customer expectations.
