As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

-Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values.

- Coordinate property viewings and open houses for potential buyers.

- Negotiate and draft purchase agreements and contracts.

- Guide clients through the process of property transactions, including financing and inspections.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:

- Valid Florida real estate license.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proven track record of sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
