Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for business development.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify and target new customers and market opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Proven track record in technical sales or related field
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
- Experience in outside sales and account management preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
