K&D is currently looking for a dynamic person to join our sales team at one of our largest sites in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Gates Mills Place offers premier housing, amenities and a convenient location. With three high-rise towers totaling 1,078 units, this gated & wooded property offers an enormous amount of income and growth opportunity.

Skies the limit! In this sales position, your compensation is driven by your performance: you will be paid a competitive hourly rate of pay as well as bonus for every signed lease. Industry experience is preferred but not required as there is vested training for those interested in stability and growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and/or customer service. General knowledge of Microsoft office software and the ability to maneuver on the internet is required. Yardi software experience is a plus! Organizational skills and administrative skills are necessary for this position. Most importantly, excellent communication skills, a positive and professional appearance alongside a great attitude with heavy interaction of daily prospects.

Work family-life balance is important in this sales position. You will work 40 hours per week (maximum) and receive a biweekly pay each Friday. Site hours of operation are Monday - Saturday with no required evening or Sunday work hours. If you work a Saturday, you will get those hours off during the week to enjoy!
