USPRO is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Medical Device Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be a major contributor to a prominent emerging medical device start-up company and responsible for driving business growth by targeting the B2B market and establishing relationships with various healthcare organizations, senior living communities, and other potential partners. Your primary objective will be to promote our services, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify and prospect potential B2B clients, including healthcare providers, hospitals, physician groups, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, and other related organizations.
2. Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and marketing plans to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue growth.
3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, referral sources, and industry influencers to generate business opportunities and foster partnerships.
4. Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of potential clients and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements, highlighting the benefits and features of our services.
5. Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver persuasive presentations and conduct negotiations with prospective clients, addressing objections, and closing sales deals.
6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify opportunities, adapt strategies, and make informed recommendations for improvement.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful implementation of sales initiatives.
8. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools. Provide regular reports, sales forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare or senior living industry. Experience selling to healthcare organizations, assisted living facilities senior living communities, or related organizations is highly desirable.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of consultative selling techniques, relationship building, and negotiation strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry, understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and market dynamics. Knowledge of senior care services, such as memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation, is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our facilities and services to potential clients.
- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, set priorities, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, propose solutions, and overcome objections.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
