Job Description

Our Sales and Design Consultants are the heart and soul of our company. As a consultant, you will meet with prospective clients in their homes and our showrooms to design and sell custom Kitchen and Bath remodeling projects. During the in-home consultation process, the Design Consultant assesses space and needs and then designs the kitchen, bath, and remodeling project. Youll enjoy the challenge and reward of seeing your creation come to life. All our custom kitchen cabinets and stone countertops are manufactured at our Classy Closets 140,000 sq ft Manufacturing facility in Chandler, AZ.

About you

• You will have previous Kitchen and Bath sales and design experience and an exceptional ability to build rapport with clients.
• You are confident in your ability to build a client referral base by networking and nurturing successful relationships.
• You have a keen eye for design.
• You can perform precise, detailed, and accurate measures in a residential environment.
• You have outstanding communication skills.
• You have a professional presence and a dedication to exceeding client expectations with your problem-solving attitude.
• Other factors that are a big plus: If you have proficiency in PC design applications (CAD) or are comfortable learning new applications.

Pay: Average income for our Kitchen and Bath designers last year $120,000.00
