As a Sales Manager, you will receive hands-on training, provide product knowledge, and on-going mentorship during ramp up. Our Sales Managers are seen and heard!

What You Will Do:

  • Interview, train, develop, and lead a team of sales representatives
  • Perform coaching and performance conversations
  • Collaborate on SBU sales metrics, expectations and monthly goals
  • Set team sales targets and track performance against goals
  • Partake in Leadership trainings, development and meetings to provide feedback and Insite
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales pipeline status

What You Should Have:

  • Proven experience in sales management (3 years minimum)
  • Goal-centric and metrics-driven
  • Technology savvy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
