Paradigm Corporate Services is looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Tax Client Account Manager to help support their well-established tax firm and new client acquisition model. Paradigm currently has partners that are referring 1,500 returns per year for small business owners, real estate investors and options/stock traders. In 2021, Paradigm anticipates 200-250% growth from existing partners. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized self-starter who wants to join a team with a lot of growth potential. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

The Tax Client Account Manager will manage the needs of tax clients outside of annual tax filing services in support of Paradigms current client acquisition model. The Tax Client Account Manager will manage the workflow of tax documents for each client and ensure completion of their returns. The Tax Client Account Manager will assist in the preparation/creation of LLCs and Corporations. The Tax Client Account Manager will also ensure each client has a strong sense of fulfillment from Paradigm. The Tax Client Account Manager will ensure renewal of client tax services annually. Strong soft skills such as communication and active listening are very important to this role, as the Tax Account Manager will play a key role in corresponding with the tax client. Excellent soft skills are also critical to success delivering high quality service, as the Tax Account Manager is the key to day-to-day client contact.

Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
• Experience using Thomson Reuters Ultra Tax CS and Drake Tax Software suites are preferred, but not required
• Previous tax preparation work preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and co-workers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Entrepreneurial point of view that will relate to tax clients
