Position Summary:
The Freezing Point sales teams work directly with distributors and chains to bring individual business, stores, gas stations, etc. into the Frazil or Caf Tango program. When a store is struggling to meet their sales or purchasing commitments in the Frazil Program our Performance Management team steps in to support them.
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000/yr
Key Responsibilities
As a Performance Manager, you will work directly with distributors and individual stores to help them understand the obstacles they face in meeting their purchasing obligations. As the last line of defense before machine removal, you will need to be a trusted and empathetic partner to our customers while clearly communicating what Freezing Point needs from them in return.
This work is fast-paced, deadline-driven, and requires the ability to manage large amounts of detailed information. On any given day you may:
- Analyze your assigned distributor network to identify underperforming stores or stores that are showing signs of potential underperformance.
- Compile performance reports that identify high-risk stores or networks to send to external stakeholders.
- Reach out to your distribution contacts by phone and email to discuss machine or sales underperformance.
- Document the results of customer interactions and manage internal metric and reporting systems to ensure account accuracy.
- Create remediation plans designed to increase sales or purchasing and minimize machine removals whenever possible.
- Investigate missing & lost machines and send for audit or collections as needed.
- Interface with internal teams includes sales, logistics, and service to manage customer accounts including account updates, change in ownership, machine repair, and machine removals, etc.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university.
- 3+ years' experience in B2B high-volume retention management, collections, or client success.
- Proven experience managing high-volume inboxes and large data sets within Excel.
