NuTech NaTional is an Orlando-based organization that provides retailers, restaurants, gyms and other commercial tenants in addition to U.S. government agencies and defense-related operations with any loss prevention and security needs for their facilities.
Were seeking a Sales Development Representative to help us achieve our growth goals. You must be able to work from our home office located in Maitland, FL. This is not a remote position.

Opportunity and impact
NuTech is looking for a high energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow revenue and needs motivated and determined sales professionals to help reach these goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 0-2 years selling experience to join a well-established organization who has spent the last 40+ years partnering with some of the largest Fortune 500 companies like Dollar General,
The right candidate will:
- Generate new sales opportunities to maintain and grow your sales pipeline.
- Effectively prospect their territory and qualify prospects.
- Maintain a high volume of outbound emails and calls daily.
- Show exceptional follow-up skills.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance goals.
- Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.
- Create and quickly respond to internal change order requests and pricing sheets.
Compensation and qualifications:
Top characteristics and traits to be successful in this role:
- 0-2 years experience as a quota-carrying sales representative and/or sales prospecting experience.
- Ability to speak with business owners and VP-level employees and ask intelligent questions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Genuine customer empathy.
- Organized, with strong time management skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up mentality environment.
- A sense of urgency and persistence.
- Loss prevention/security and/or facilities management industry experience is a plus.
- Experience using Excel, ZoomInfo, power dialer, and other prospecting / CRM software is a plus.
Compensation:
Base hourly pay + Cash Incentive Plan[R1]
Average Hourly Compensation:
0-1 yr sales experience: $14.00
1-2 yrs sales experience: $17.00
2+ yrs sales experience: $20.00
Years of experience only includes time in B2B sales.
