Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Assistant to join our team. As a Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision, performs a variety of administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and handling clerical duties for the Business Development Manager
• Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner
• Documenting the sales process and closing
• Establish business relations with clients over email, social networks or via phone
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify new potential prospects
• Manage data for existing and new clients in the database
• Responsible for Business Development Managers communication with clients, during its absence.
• Other related duties as assigned

Your competencies:

• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of additional language would be highly advantageous
• Time management, well-organized, attentive to details and customer oriented
• Ability to adapt to changes and deal with unforeseen situations and Problem-solving skill
• Must process intermediate to advanced spreadsheet and word processing skills.
• Must be able to operate PCs, faxes, telephones, printers and email platforms.
• Strong communication skill and self-discipline capability.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor or Associate Degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
