```Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi Unit Retail Store Wireless District Sales Leader to join our team. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving revenue growth within your assigned district. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and exceed sales targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives and store managers within your district, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of your sales team, providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, human resources, operations, training, and finance to ensure alignment and maximize overall company performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in leading a district of up to 10 retail wireless stores with preference for experience with one of the main retailers (Verizon, AT&T or T Mobile).
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficiency in technology sales is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
