Team Leader Sales

- Annual Salary: USD $42,000.00

About the Role:
As the Team Leader for Call Centre Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving outbound sales efforts, ensuring team members meet and exceeds sales targets. Reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, ensuring a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Utilize your strong outbound sales experience to drive successful B2B sales efforts.
- Foster high performing, high energy, fun and performance driven environment to motivate teams and drives sales outcomes
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on effective sales strategies.
- Celebrate success in order to engage, inspire and enable team members.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strong alignment of Teams performance to rigorous performance scorecards
- Manage all teams BAU including scheduling, timesheets, payroll, leave etc
- Ability to develop strong performers but also to manage poor performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in leading an Outbound Sales team
- Ability to build & drive high performing / high energy sales culture
- Resilient, skilled team builder with a proven track record of sales performance coaching.
