We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Rep. to join our team for the Orange County and LA Area, the physical office is in Santa Ana. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving new sales and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for business-to-business services sales, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! This is a great opportunity for an intermediate level salesperson with janitorial experience.

Base salary + commissions

The Sales Representative is responsible for selling the company's services (janitorial cleaning and porters, maintenance, landscaping). The primary objective of the role is to obtain new business through cold calling, and marketing efforts, with additional responsibility to provide new and existing customers with exceptional support and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Interacts directly with prospective and existing clients and builds business relationships.

- Identifies prospective clients and educates on Companys Services and products.

- Makes phone calls, in person cold calls, presentations, and related marketing efforts to new and existing customers.

- Provides exceptional customer service and support to current, new clients and prospects.

- Travels as needed within territory to follow up on leads, visit clients, and attend social marketing events and expos.

- Meets or exceeds sales goals on a regular basis.

- Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations, safety, and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, JANITORIAL industry sales a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Skilled in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Multilingual abilities a plus
