This will be a different type of employment ad. At least different than what you have been reading if you are on here searching for a position in sales.

I started looking at some other sales position ads just to get an idea of compensation plans and various things. I was shocked. I feel like our position as sales professionals is being degraded to the point of order takers and product presenters.
