Here are some of the responsibilities and duties of this role:

• Conducts tours and makes calls out to prospects.
• Demonstrates knowledge of sales strategy, process and implementation.
• Participates in on-site tours, home visits, and creative prospect follow up.
• Facilitates and coordinates move in paperwork and transition of new residents.
• Maintains departmental administrative duties.
• Assists with the completion of recurring department reports.
• Attends required training, in-services, and staff meetings.
• Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, the achievement of safe working practices, and by practicing proper infection control measures.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures of Morning Pointe Senior Living.
• Partners with professional referral partners to gain prospective referrals.
• Responsible for meeting move-in goals monthly and meeting KPI expectations.
