Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Agent. As an Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and assisting with property management activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Duties: - Assist with lease administration, including file management and contract preparation - Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants - Handle tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Utilize property management software such as OneSite, Yardi, or similar platforms - Maintain accurate records of tenant information, payments, and maintenance requests - Assist with the coordination of move-ins and move-outs - Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including LIHTC guidelines - Handle conflict management and resolve tenant disputes in a professional manner - Perform general administrative tasks to support the property management team Experience: - Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is preferred - Familiarity with property management software (OneSite, Yardi) is a plus - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management is beneficial - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,069.00 - $64,348.00 per year
