The Outside Rental Sales position is fast paced and requires being committed to meeting customers' needs by identifying and creating rental sales opportunities and providing customer support for our rental department.

DUTIES:

RENTS SHORT TERM RENTAL EQUIPMENT

• Making sales calls in person and by phone
• Provide information regarding products and usage, prices, and availability
• Locating appropriate equipment for customers' job
• Searching out new and different applications for rental equipment
• Providing excellent customer service to enhance development of lasting business relationships with customers

ESTABLISHING NEW RENTAL CUSTOMERS

• Assisting prospects with the Credit Application process to establish new customers
• Working in the field 3 to 4 days a week
• Focusing on industrial accounts

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner

Required Skills/Experience

Minimum 1-3 years sales related experience

Ability to present and sell at all customer levels

Ability to obtain forklift certification

Ability to work in fast-pace environment while multi-tasking to meet customers' needs

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Outstanding customer service skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to organize and independently manage time

Minimum 21 years of age

Valid driver's license and safe driving record

Education

College degree preferred

High School Diploma with relevant experience

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:

This position will be working in operating facilities and outdoors traveling to numerous customer locations. The employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures. The normal auto hazards will apply.

This position is continuously required to talk or hear; regularly required to sit, stand, walk, or climb.

Must be able to frequently lift up to 100 pounds.

Position requires driving vehicle to and from customer locations.

This position is deemed a Safety Sensitive job for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act and the Louisiana Therapeutic Marijuana Act.
