Full description of the position

Allstate is writing auto insurance with no waiting period or restrictions. Our agency is also writing homeowners insurance in California, including high fire zones. Come be part of the highest producing Allstate agency in Oakland. We are seeking licensed sales producers. The ideal candidate is self motivated, disciplined and interested in growth. We invest in our team members' unique professional goals and provide superior compensation, benefits and work/life balance. Hourly base plus commission.

  • Sell insurance products on behalf of the agency
  • Prior sales experience
  • Willing to service and cross sell to existing customers
  • Prospecting, relationship development

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $62,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year
