Family-owned and operated heavy duty truck parts and service company seeking Inside Sales Representative

Heavy Duty Truck Parts experience REQUIRED- We are not a dealer so we cannot rely on searching for parts using VIN#. We utilize other resources such as measurements, specs, catalogs, etc to identify parts needed.

M-F 10:30am-7:00pm

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assists "walk-in" and phone-in customers with sales of product and/or services, responds to questions regarding parts, pricing, services, etc.

Processes orders -- performs order entry, reviews orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.

Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.

Directly receive and process payment from walk-in or over-the-phone customers.

Coordinates with warehouse department to pull product(s) for customer.

Coordinates with mechanics to execute work orders.

Computer skills required.

Assumes other duties as assigned.

Compensation starts at $20/hour and goes up from there based on skill level and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
