We are looking for motivated, sports-minded team members to hire immediately for our full-time Entry Level Sales Representative role. Advosy provides homeowners with roofing, solar, HVAC, and insurance claim solutions for their homes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize mobile CRM to professionally canvass neighborhoods door-to-door
• Build value in free inspections to help maintain the integrity of customer's roof
• Identify external home and roofing damage through offering free inspections
• Work with roof inspectors and adjusters to value and process claims
• Use existing lead list to qualify homeowners for solar energy products for their home
• Gather the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar energy solution
• Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics and participate in continuous training for improvement
• Set follow up appointments to consult any outstanding customer questions
• Strategically network and expand your customer base
• Confidently provide focused customer service

REQUIREMENTS

• Outstanding customer service experience
• Outgoing and self-motivated
• Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues, questions, and concerns
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Reliable transportation to attned in-home sales presentations in assigned territory
• Desire to help homes and families save money and live more sustainably

HOUR AND BENEFITS

• Consistent & flexible schedule, Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM and the occasional Saturday morning

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
