We are looking for a talented and passionate Sales Professional to join our Columbus Ohio area team and represent our extensive line of the highest quality products and services. Sound & Vision features the latest & greatest audio/video & home technology products on display, along with a large selection of high quality home theater furniture.

Sound & Vision, INC. was established in 2001 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. A 2nd location was opened in Beachwood, Ohio in 2006 to serve the Cleveland market. Our 3rd location is in Lewis Center, Ohio & has served the Columbus market since 2013.

We are currently hiring to fill a sales position in the Columbus / Polaris location.

Sound & Vision specializes in the sales & installation of quality audio/video & smart home technology products. Compensation commensurate with experience

Who are you:

• Passion for high end audio / video & smart home technology
• Experience in 12 volt or home electronics sales or a relevant field
• Knowledge of Smart Home Technology
• Basic understanding of home networks
• Promote our products and services at our retail locations & customer homes
• Has a hunter/prospector mentality for networking
• Open to attending business and trade association events
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong work ethic
• Self motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
• Available to work Saturdays
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• An ability to learn new tasks quickly
• Ability to problem solve
• Punctuality is a MUST
• Reliable transportation with clean driving record
• A professional attitude focusing on personal and company growth
• An understanding that every customer is the most important one
• An aptitude toward time and resource management
• A desire to progress and take on new responsibilities
• An ability to keep a cool head when placed in stressful situations

What you'll do:

• Meet with customers in our store location
• Meet with perspective clients in their homes
• Work with builders & contractors
• Project Management
• Increase sales by positively representing our brand
• Provide product demonstrations
• Answer questions and provide advice to our clients
• Assist with the setup and tear-down of in-store product displays
• Work well with others taking direction and constructive criticism
• Work under the pressure of deadlines
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude
• Troubleshooting audio / video products & systems
• lift and carry heavy objects of 60 lbs. unassisted
• Organizing and staging inventory
• Report to work on time in appropriate work attire
• Conduct yourself in a manner that will reflect positively on this company
• Have a valid Ohio driver's license and good driving record

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
