What would I do daily as a Business Development Specialist?

  • The Business Development Specialist increase the sales traffic of the dealership by receiving inbound sales calls and making outbound sales calls such as (not limited to) Lease Retention, Internet, Unsold Showroom Traffic and follow up calls which produce solid and specific appointments for the sales team. You are the communication link between client and dealership!
  • Must have strong phone skills.
  • Manage our live chat that we have on our website as well as Facebook.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development Specialist will master all training materials provided by the dealership
  • Business Development Specialist will use the various sales scripts at the appropriate stages of all sales calls.
  • Responsible for working within our CRM software and entering all customer information in promptly.
  • Consistently maintaining hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly goals which correspond to the objectives of the dealer and your individual performance.
  • Ensuring that all outbound calls are made in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensuring that appointments are set consistent with policy and the appropriate personnel.
  • Business Development Specialist will be the essential communication link between the client and dealership.

Qualifications

  • All candidates must have a pleasant personality, strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a number of different people.
  • Must have a valid Wisconsin driver's license.
