Who we are:

Outdoor Group Fitness is a community-built indoor/outdoor group fitness gym, where we focus on strength and conditioning. Our classes combine weight training and HIIT that will not only challenge you physically, but will also strengthen you mentally. Youll never do the same workout twice. We are dedicated to creating a community that motivates and encourages our members to reach their full potential. We are looking for a self-driven, high-energy sales associate to join our team.

We're looking for people who aren't afraid to put in the work in order to achieve high level results.

As a very important role, we do a lot of training so youre well prepared to follow up with appointments, handle customer service, close sales, and other front desk obligations. We provide a detailed daily task list of what needs to get done every single shift. Our company culture is very important to us, and we will do everything necessary to keep it as amazing as it is. The skills that you will learn here will benefit and follow you wherever you choose to go in the future.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase membership and revenue
• Generate leads and follow up with potential members to convert them into paying customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Actively engage with potential customers at community events and social media platforms
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and potential members

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred
• Passion for fitness and wellness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and eager to learn
• Reliable and responsible
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Social and outgoing personality
• Be willing and able to go above and beyond to create a welcoming, supportive, empowering, and challenging experience for members!
