Summary of Position

The Inside Sales position will work closely with the Service Team. In this role, the sales rep will provide our team and clients with expeditious and accurate sales proposals, material procurement, and inventory replenishment for our service vans. Ability to work effectively in a team, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and knowledge of accounting systems are essential to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities and Duties

Communicate promptly with service coordinators, technicians, and customers.

Researching, Estimating, and Ordering Parts for work orders and proposals.

Maintain accurate customer account and service site information and job files.

Organize and participate in meetings to ensure accurate sales proposals.

Support field technicians and service sales as needed.

Communicate with Suppliers to order/maintain material/inventory requirements.

Maintain inventory stock levels for our service vans.

Support corporate objectives including standardization of procedures and practices.

Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

HVAC and/or Industrial system knowledge required.

BAS Control knowledge, a plus

Previous supplier experience, a plus

High level of commitment to internal and external customer service

Highly organized and detail oriented

Excellent written and verbal communication

Able to adapt and keep pace with a rapidly growing organization.

Excellent time management skills and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Strong PC and data entry skills including working with accounting systems.

Enthusiasm to collaborate in a team environment with a positive attitude and levelheaded approach towards everything is a must.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Position to be located at the Williston, Vermont Office non-remote

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
