Our semiconductor client is looking to add a Sales Development Director to their team in Hillsboro, Oregon. This is a full-time role with benefits and pay is DOE.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Strategy:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop business strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

New Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations and agreements.
• Product and Solution Development:
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance solutions.
• Gather market feedback to drive innovation.

Sales Management:

• Conduct product demos and presentations.
• Set sales targets and oversee performance.
• Industry Engagement:
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Build a network of industry contacts.

Financial Analysis:

• Monitor sales performance and market trends.
• Prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• BS degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Extensive experience in semiconductor business development.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven track record of revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
