We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, as well as developing new business opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about Home Health and has a proven track record of success.

```Responsibilities```

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities.

- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate new business leads

- Develop and execute strategic account plans.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of of care.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

- Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement

```Qualifications```

- Proven experience in sales or account management in Home Health or Hospice in the Duval Co. market.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to drive business development initiatives and achieve sales targets

- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
