We are looking for a Property Associate (PA) to join our team! The PA is the eyes and ears of the property management team. It is their responsibility to walk and assess vacant properties, complete security and wellness checks of properties, manage property postings, and various field related tasks.

Job responsibilities;

Conduct thorough vacant and occupied walk-throughs

Perform termination walk-throughs with precision

Execute exterior checks

Handle eviction and non-compliance postings

Facilitate move-in and move-out walk-throughs

Manage lockbox installation and removal

Oversee property turn and renovation walk-throughs

Provide new client property orientation walk-throughs

Requirements;

Proficient with Gmail & Gmail apps

Tech-savvy, comfortable with various technologies including computers and smartphones

Proficient in English

Proficient with professional written and verbal communication

Possession of a valid and unrestricted driver's license, personal vehicle, and car insurance

No prior property management experience is necessary

Schedule;

Full time

8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Pay & Benefits;

Competitive starting pay, beginning at $18.00 per hour

401(k) matching contribution, up to 4% of annual income (eligible after 90 days)

Optional participation in the Health Savings Plan (eligible after 90 days)

Paid holidays, including Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thu/Fri), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day, plus two floating holidays

Monthly $40 cell phone contribution for business use of your personal cell

Mileage reimbursement at a rate of $0.40 per mile
