POSITION SUMMARY:The Assistant FF/Dairy Sales Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by presenting and ensuring the freshest quality product. Assistant FF/Dairy Managers obtain this through assisting the manager of all functions in the frozen and dairy areas including but not limited to; achieving sales/operational results through ordering, inventory, decision making, customer and employee engagement, employee development, and encouraging an inclusive team atmosphere within the department, store and company. Assistant FF/Dairy Managers are additionally responsible for compliance to all laws and company policies and procedures including labor and safety regulations, asset protection and food safety, among others.
