Position: Gutter Sales and Marketing Specialist(Manager)

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus bonus

Location: 605 Sheridan Rd Noblesville, In

Experience: Minimum 3 years in construction sales (gutter sales preferred), with leadership experience

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a sales and marketing team to execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive growth in the gutter installation sector.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional materials and campaigns.

Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Utilize your experience in hiring and building successful sales and marketing teams to expand our business operations.

Demonstrate a proven ability to consistently hit quotas and goals, driving business success.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction sales, with a preference for gutter sales, and a demonstrated ability to lead a team.

Proven track record of exceeding quotas and objectives in the construction industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively hire and build high-performing sales and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
