As a key member of our company, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and achieving strategic sales objectives while revolutionizing the industry through innovative technology-driven solutions.**Responsibilities:**- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth within the Concrete Division.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure optimal performance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify new market opportunities, trends, and competitive threats to inform business strategies and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with engineering team to help build a better product experience.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and build brand awareness.**Qualifications:**- Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of concrete products, applications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM software, and other sales productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
