Portfolio Community Association Manager

As a Portfolio Community Association Manager, you must be a self-motivated professional who has the ability to work well independently and also well with others, provide leadership, administration, financial planning, budgeting, planning and communication as the primary liaison to the to the Assocation Board of Directors. A Community Assocation Manager is responsible for the daily supervision of the operation and administration of Associations per management agreements, state statutes, and the Associations policies and procedures.

The most qualified candidates will have industry experience and hold a CMCA designation, or higher, and direct or relevant experience is preferred.

Salary is based on portfolio as well as relevant experience. Salary range for this position is $47,500K-$65K and includes a comprehensive benefit package.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm with evenings meetings per assigned portfolio
• On call for HOA emergencies

Work Location: Frederick Maryland. This is not a remote position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
